Overnight oats are all the craze and I can easily understand why…they are delicious! And adorable when they’re in those little mason jars. But let’s be honest. I’m not always that on top of my life and my breakfast can’t be perfectly planned out. To solve this solution, I’ve learned to find the JOYS of being IMPATIENT.
Say hello to your new best friend, Impatient Overnight Oats.
It’s simple. All the ingredients of regular overnight oats, but no waiting time. Pour in a bowl, mix together, and it’s ready to eat in 5 minutes. Tastes delicious too! Since it’s the end of summer, it’s berry season, and lately I’ve been loving the nut/berry combination. It’s pretty hard to beat.
Impatient Berry Almond Overnight Oats
3/4 cup dry oats
1/2 cup cereal of choice (bran flakes, oatmeal squares)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 handful of whole or slivered almonds
1 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice (blackberries are THE BEST)
